Finally!

After getting some help from a helpful website, I got rid of the problem by clearing my cache and cookies. Now it looks so much better, but my mood to post what I had in mind is ruined, and besides, I feel kinda sleepy and need rest soon.

But anyways, I shall post up something else. Finally met up with Henry last week for the FIRST time since Highway Engineering finals and we went to 1 Utama before eating dinner. We met this 2 dudes who were all in white (even their faces!) and freezing in different poses while standing on a certain platform.

Aaron Lat jokingly said he wanted to join them, so we decided to sabo him and make him post with them. He resisted, but caught their attention. From that point on there was no escaping...

Aaron looks uncomfortable

Then Kee Siong also wanted to try... But the white guy who tried to kiss Aaron pakat with me to play a trick on Kee Siong. We made him freeze in that position for a very long time and pretended not to have taken the shot, when in reality we took the shot in less than 5 seconds.

The longest pose ever...

Shortly after, we bumped into this "flasher" who flashed at Aaron.

Dunno whether shocked or interested =P

I Can't Post Pictures

I have been facing a problem with my posting. I can't seem to use the traditional "COMPOSE" method to publish my posts, and only the html mode is available. This is highly frustrating. Anyone have a solution?

The Orphan

It's been quite a while. Haven't been able to go online for a long time. But I'm back from a week of wonderful blessings. Have been having so many free dinners the whole week, and to top it off Renae won some tickets to watch the premiere of The Orphan, which was in GSC Midvalley Megamall. Unfortunately she couldn't make it, so Aaron Lat followed me to catch it.

Started out early to try to avoid the jam, but as usual the roads were jammed up all the way from the Damansara exit toll until the ss2 junction. It was going to rain, as the lightning was flashing all over the sky. Seemed like a great atmosphere before catching a horror movie. =)

Unfortunately I couldn't quite catch the lightning on camera though. Well, after a rather jammed up journey to Midvalley, we finally got there early enough to collect the tickets.

*Spoiler Warning*

The Orphan revolves around the story of a couple with 2 kids of their own who, after losing a possible third child in a miscarriage, decides to adopt an orphan and love her as their own.

In the orphanage, the husband stumbles upon a particularly bright and well-mannered 10-year old girl who goes by the name of Esther. The couple are immediately captivated by her maturity and her charming way of conversation. They would take her into their household. For a while life seems to be getting brighter and more cheerful, but will it remain so? Or is Esther really who she seems to be?

All-in-all a great thrilller that will excite you and keep you interested right up to the last moment. And NO, Esther is NOT a ghost, nor does she possess any supernatural abilities that make her dangerous. That's it, I'm not going to spoil the movie for the rest of you. But yeah, do watch it. =D

*Spoilers end here*

So i would say this is a good movie for all horror enthusiasts. =) Oh, and those who love SAW and Final Destination too. Thanks again sweet! =)

The Prank

Was supposed to have dinner at 6 p.m. today. But since Desmond couldn't make it so we postponed it to 7 p.m. Me, Thean Jern and Lat were waiting for Kee Siong to come to Taman Bahagia LRT station. We waited from 6.30 p.m....

... and waited...

... right until 8 p.m. T_T

So we decided to devise a plan to "teach" him a lesson. We were gonna pretend that we're really mad at him, to the point that we don't wanna talk in the car, turn off the radio and make everything really tense. We even planned the taglines. It was a fool-proof plan.

So when he finally turned up, we put on our serious faces and acted really cold and disappointed in his late showing. I kick-started it by turning around coldly and saying softly, "Let's go,". Thean Jern put on an angry face and refused to talk to Kee Siong or even look at him. I started the car and the radio was playing. I said to Lat quietly, "Turn off the radio,"

It was really quiet and tense in the car... He was really feeling it. Until Lat talked to him. =.=

We continued to play the game until dinner but eventually the effect was diminished so I decided to reveal it to him. At least he gave a sigh of relief and said that my acting was very realistic, and also that Thean Jern seemed angry at him, even at moments giving comments that indicated his disapproval towards Kee Siong's "offence".

Lat potong stim la... *smacks head*

First Internship Visit

Tomorrow. At exactly 9 a.m. is the first internship visit. Okay, that is the time my work starts. Makes me feel like I have to wake up even earlier tomorrow, and can't sleep until 8.30 a.m. =(

Well, I'll be getting my CIDB authorized Green Card tomorrow, which officially grants me legal access to the construction sites (when I've actually been to the construction sites so many times already!) .

Ir. Arazi will be coming but he actually canceled his visits yesterday because of an unexpected incident. I pray that he will be fine, and that the visit will yield a good result tomorrow, cause i'm not sure what i'm supposed 2 do.
